Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the boutique, executing all cash handling, safe and security procedures in accordance with brand policy.
  • Supervise the sales floor in the Store Manager’s absence, maintaining luxury client service standards and guiding the sales team through daily operations.
  • Deliver personalised clienteling: greet clients, manage appointments, build client records and follow up to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and store housekeeping meet brand directives and daily standards.
  • Execute stock management tasks including receiving, tagging, inventory checks and transfer documentation.
  • Support loss prevention through vigilant floor presence, exception reporting and adherence to security protocols.
  • Coach and mentor sales advisors on product knowledge, selling techniques and service rituals during shifts.
  • Escalate operational, HR or client issues to the Store Manager and participate in team briefings and handovers.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or business preferred.
  • Minimum two years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory, key-holder or lead role—luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven integrity and experience with cash handling and secure procedures; willing to undergo background checks.
  • Availability for flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
