Richemont is recruiting a Key Holder in Scottsdale. Manage store operations, security, and staff in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store keys and access control systems
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Supervise retail staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure store security and loss prevention
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation
- Process cash and reconcile sales transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or hospitality experience
