Richemont seeks a Key Holder in Scottsdale to manage retail operations, security, and customer service across assigned shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail location according to company protocols and security procedures
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale reconciliation, and deposit procedures
- Supervise sales associates and ensure adherence to service standards during assigned shifts
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
- Conduct periodic security checks and ensure all locks, alarms, and security systems are engaged
- Report maintenance issues, stock discrepancies, and operational concerns to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury goods experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail operations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
