Richemont seeks a Key Holder in Miami to manage store opening/closing, lead shifts and deliver elevated client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, assume responsibility for keys, alarm systems and daily cash reconciliation.
- Lead the sales floor and supervise staff during shifts in the absence of store management, ensuring operational continuity.
- Deliver personalised, high-calibre client service and support clienteling activities to cultivate long-term relationships and drive sales.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand specifications.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage returns/exchanges in compliance with company policy.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures, including participation in stock counts.
- Enforce store security protocols, health & safety and corporate compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven trustworthiness and ability to carry store keys and handle cash; eligibility to pass background and reference checks.
- Previous retail experience, ideally within a premium or luxury environment; prior key-holder or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished client-facing manner.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Physical ability to perform store duties (standing for long periods, lifting stock items up to typical retail standards).

Typically 2+ years of retail experience with a minimum of some supervisory exposure; experience within luxury, watches, or high-jewelry retail is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service training is advantageous but not required.
