Richemont Key Account Manager - Fragrance role in Dubai. Fixed-term position managing luxury beauty accounts and retail partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned key retail accounts in the fragrance category
- Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with retail partners and stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for fragrance brands within the assigned territory
- Coordinate promotional activities, merchandising initiatives, and in-store visibility programs
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity; provide insights to regional management
- Present fragrance collections and brand campaigns to retail buyers and decision-makers
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account performance analysis
Qualifications
- Proven track record in wholesale account management, preferably in luxury fragrance or beauty
- Strong understanding of retail operations and buyer dynamics in the Middle Eastern market
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or wholesale, with at least 3 years focused on luxury fragrance, beauty, or premium goods distribution.
Education
