Buccellati seeks Junior Technical Office Specialist in Milan to manage product data, PLM systems, and technical information in luxury jewellery manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage creation and updates of product master data, bills of materials (DIBA), and material codifications within the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and validate technical information throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design phase to production
- Collaborate actively with Production, Quality, and Gemology departments to ensure continuous alignment and proper dissemination of product information
- Provide support in verification and validation of technical data across PLM and SAP systems
- Manage tickets for new product creation and supervise the progress of incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Qualifications
- Diploma from a technical secondary school or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines
- Preferred prior experience of 1–2 years in similar roles, ideally in manufacturing or luxury sectors
- Familiarity with PLM and SAP systems, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proven knowledge of production workflows and bills of materials (BOM)
- Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork abilities, meticulous attention to detail, proactivity, and flexibility
- Strong sense of responsibility and an ethical, rigorous approach to work

1–2 years of prior experience in analogous roles, ideally within manufacturing or the luxury sector
Education
Diploma from a technical secondary school or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 25,000 to EUR 26,000 per annum.
