Richemont seeks Junior Sourcing Intelligence Project Manager in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland for 7-month contract role supporting luxury jewelry and watchmaking Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate sourcing data from Richemont's Maisons and competitive sourcing strategies
- Facilitate and animate multi-Maison knowledge-sharing sessions
- Monitor supplier and competitor market dynamics
- Serve as the primary liaison for sourcing and procurement requests across Richemont and its Maisons
- Share strategic intelligence to inform industrial strategy development at Group and Maison levels
- Provide operational support and backup to the sourcing intelligence function
Qualifications
- University-level education (Engineering, Business School, or equivalent)
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with initial experience in sourcing, procurement, or project management (internships included)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong initiative and proactive approach
- Demonstrated humility and professional maturity
- Excellent listening skills with rapid business acumen

Recent graduate or early-career professional with initial experience in sourcing, procurement, or project management; internship experience is acceptable.
