Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to boutique sales targets and client acquisition through consultative selling
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Maison standards, greeting and acknowledging every client
- Cultivate strong client relationships and provide personalized recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and master the brand's sales techniques through ongoing training
- Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and implement promotional discounts under managerial supervision
- Participate in receiving merchandise, replenishing stock, and providing feedback on inventory management
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives and maintain floor displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Assist in inventory counts, stock movements, and price adjustments as required
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, security protocols, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end services environment
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
