Richemont seeks a Junior IT Analyst (temporary) in Shelton, CT to provide desktop and service-desk support for its corporate IT operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver first- and second-line technical support for end users across desktop, laptop and mobile devices; diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity incidents.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system; prioritise, document and escalate issues to specialised teams when required.
  • Provision and maintain user accounts, permissions and devices through Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
  • Deploy and maintain endpoint configurations, imaging and patching processes using enterprise management tools.
  • Support basic network connectivity, VPN access and remote troubleshooting for hybrid and remote users.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, knowledge base articles and runbooks; contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Participate in IT projects and rollouts (hardware refreshes, software deployments, user onboarding/offboarding) during the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate IT support environment; typically 1–2 years for a junior analyst role.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage tickets end-to-end and to produce clear technical documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals or similar) are desirable but not mandatory.
