Watchfinder seeks Junior HR Business Partner in West Malling, UK to support global commercial organisation and accelerate HR career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior HR & Talent Business Partner in implementing people initiatives and transformation projects aligned with Watchfinder's commercial strategic objectives
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development activities, ensuring efficient HR process delivery
- Collaborate across HR teams and the business to deliver consistent and positive employee experiences
- Engage with Richemont group centres of excellence and colleagues to develop and deliver bespoke business solutions
- Assist in administering the annual compensation and rewards process with accuracy and transparency under guidance
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
- Collect and analyse HR data to inform recommendations and support strategic business decision-making
- Monitor external market insights and developments, sharing relevant intelligence across the HR team
- Lead or support HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
- Coach and appropriately challenge managers to build people management capability, promoting fairness and high-performance outcomes
- Manage employee relations cases at appropriate levels, escalating complex or high-risk matters as required, ensuring legal compliance
Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant HR experience, including HR advisory roles or recent graduates with demonstrated transferable skills from various HR disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, or Learning & Development
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects, preferably within an HR context
- Exposure to Employee Relations principles and practices
- Proficiency with HR systems and data analysis tools (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and draw insightful conclusions from HR data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly

Experience
At least two years of relevant HR experience in any HR discipline (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) with demonstrated project management experience and exposure to Employee Relations principles. HR Advisory background or recent relevant graduate schemes considered with transferable skills.
Education
No specific qualification explicitly required; however, equivalent HR professional certification (CIPD or similar) or relevant undergraduate qualification would support candidacy.
