Alfred Dunhill seeks Junior HR Business Partner in London to support HR initiatives across retail, hospitality, and manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior HR Team in implementing people initiatives and transformation projects that align with commercial strategic objectives
  • Serve as dedicated HR partner for UK employee populations in Retail, Hospitality, and Manufacturing operations
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent management activities, ensuring efficient delivery of key HR processes
  • Collaborate across HR and business teams to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Work with centres of excellence and Richemont Group colleagues to develop tailored HR solutions
  • Administer annual performance and development review cycles for assigned employee populations, collaborating with Global L&D and Talent Managers
  • Deliver training to UK managers and employees on HR lifecycle processes, embedding Maison values throughout
  • Assist in administering annual compensation and reward processes
  • Support monthly payroll administration processes
  • Collect and analyse HR data to inform recommendations and support business decision-making
  • Lead or support HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
  • Coach and challenge managers to build confidence and capability in people management
  • Manage employee relations cases at appropriate levels, escalating complex or high-risk matters as required
  • Handle maternity leave and sickness absence risk assessments, return-to-work plans, and related administration
  • Serve as point of contact for assigned Group HR projects requiring Maison feedback and HRIS data management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and progression in relevant HR discipline
  • Previous hands-on exposure to Employee Relations principles and practices
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify trends and draw insightful conclusions from HR data
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
