Richemont seeks a Junior HR Analytics Specialist in Meyrin to drive data-informed talent decisions across the luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track key workforce metrics and organizational performance indicators
  • Conduct data analysis on employee engagement, retention, compensation, recruitment, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support the development of HR metrics frameworks and KPIs aligned with organizational strategy
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders summarizing talent trends and insights
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify analytics requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all HR systems and reporting platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and HR analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong SQL or data manipulation capabilities
