Richemont — Junior E‑commerce Operations Coordinator Internship in Amsterdam. Internship supporting online operations, product data and order fulfilment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily e‑commerce operations including order processing, status tracking and exception handling through the order management system.
- Prepare and maintain accurate product data and digital assets in the PIM/CMS; assist with product uploads, descriptions and image quality control.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and third‑party carriers to monitor stock levels, replenishments and timely fulfilment.
- Process returns, exchanges and refunds in coordination with customer service teams and maintain related records.
- Perform routine QA of product pages, pricing, promotions and site content before and during launches.
- Generate operational reports and dashboards (sales, inventory, fulfilment KPIs) to support the e‑commerce operations manager.
- Support promotional calendar execution and cross‑functional projects with merchandising, marketing and IT teams.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, E‑commerce, Supply chain, Logistics, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets and interpreting basic operational KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch language skills advantageous for this Amsterdam‑based role.
- Availability for the full internship period as defined by the recruiting team and eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Internship‑level role suitable for current students or recent graduates. Prior internships or part‑time experience in e‑commerce, retail operations, logistics or digital merchandising is advantageous but not required.
