Richemont Junior Architect Trainee in Milan, Italy: 6-month internship supporting visual merchandising and store design teams in the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support VM team in wholesale channel operations and administrative management with boutiques and dealers, including purchase orders, vendor creation, invoice reconciliation, and monthly cycle orders
- Create and maintain VM reporting for new store openings, special events, and brand activations
- Support the SDP team throughout the boutique maintenance process, managing administrative coordination with boutiques and espaces
- Manage SDP administrative aspects including purchase orders, vendor creation/extensions, SAP procedures, invoice verification, supplier follow-up, and site surveys
- Design preliminary layout proposals for spaces and coordinate material resourcing
- Produce SDP reporting and presentations for new openings and store renovations
- Contribute to the enrichment of VM and SDP internal communication platforms and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate social responsibility projects
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Italian

Skills
Experience
Entry-level or recent graduate in architecture, design, or a related discipline. No specific years of experience required; this is a foundational trainee role.
Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field; or completion of relevant technical training programs.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
Benefits
6-month internship contract; €900 monthly reimbursement; €8 meal vouchers per day (Satispay).
