Richemont Junior Architect Trainee in Milan, Italy: 6-month internship supporting visual merchandising and store design teams in the luxury sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support VM team in wholesale channel operations and administrative management with boutiques and dealers, including purchase orders, vendor creation, invoice reconciliation, and monthly cycle orders
  • Create and maintain VM reporting for new store openings, special events, and brand activations
  • Support the SDP team throughout the boutique maintenance process, managing administrative coordination with boutiques and espaces
  • Manage SDP administrative aspects including purchase orders, vendor creation/extensions, SAP procedures, invoice verification, supplier follow-up, and site surveys
  • Design preliminary layout proposals for spaces and coordinate material resourcing
  • Produce SDP reporting and presentations for new openings and store renovations
  • Contribute to the enrichment of VM and SDP internal communication platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate social responsibility projects

Qualifications

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.

Benefits
