Role & Responsibilities
- Guide and support the career development of team members, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Lead the technical evaluation process for new jewelry recruits.
- Develop and implement technical assessments for jewelers, create and deliver training programs to enhance their skills, and monitor their progress.
- Monitor workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
- Create and maintain operating procedures for the workshop, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain efficient workshop organization, adhering to regional standards and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team on repairs, machinery, tools, and process deployment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maison novelties and provide training to the team.
- Maintain and share technical documentation.
- Assess and coordinate bench tests, including logging and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in jewelry making and repair, with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a jewelry workshop environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in German and English.
