Role & Responsibilities
- Execute jewelry repair, polishing, engraving, and diagnostic services according to established brand policies and standards
- Perform comprehensive jewelry maintenance and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
- Operate and maintain workshop systems including SAP, Excel, and email communication platforms
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery timelines and quality standards on all work completed
