Richemont Jewelry Sales Associate (Monaco) – CDI position combining sales excellence, luxury clienteling, and brand ambassadorship in fine jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets, participate in boutique revenue generation, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and transmit the passion and values of the house
- Develop client loyalty through personalized clienteling and relationship management throughout the customer journey; create customized action plans for VIP and VVIP clients
- Serve as a brand ambassador with expert knowledge of house collections and creations; adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and house standards
- Manage administrative tasks, inventory, customer service, and comply with house procedures and commercial regulations
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Prior experience in luxury retail sales
- Knowledge and understanding of luxury codes and practices
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
