Role & Responsibilities
- Lead jewelry merchandise planning for North America: develop demand forecasts, assortment plans and open-to-buy metrics across wholesale, retail and e‑commerce channels.

- Partner closely with buying, category management, retail operations, visual merchandising and supply-chain teams to translate assortment strategy into commercial plans.
- Produce and present weekly/monthly commercial performance reports and KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Define pricing cadence, markdown and promotional strategies in alignment with brand positioning and margin objectives.
- Oversee seasonal planning processes, product launch allocations and lifecycle management for new and core jewelry collections.
- Coach, mentor and coordinate a small planning team or cross-functional analysts; ensure governance of planning tools and data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, including demand-planning models and forecasting accuracy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen in luxury merchandise planning or buying, preferably within fine jewelry or high-value accessories.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated expertise in forecasting, inventory modelling and KPI-driven decision making.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage junior planners or analysts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex analyses to commercial and executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics, product lifecycles and the fine-jewelry customer journey.

Education
