Richemont Jewelry Marketing Coordinator in New York — $30–$34/hr. Support product launches and competitive intelligence for luxury jewelry in North America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Jewelry Product Marketing Team, managing approximately 60% of daily workload including distribution network and corporate team requests
  • Manage product and system inquiries, generate sales analysis reports, and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders
  • Support all Product Managers with daily tasks, project coordination, and administrative requirements to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
  • Define, update, and maintain all marketing tools including product news, launch plans, and mapping documentation
  • Coordinate the Jewelry Ambassador Community, collect and synthesize network feedback, and conduct quarterly GIA inventory checks
  • Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure content alignment with product strategy and brand positioning
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive landscape analysis, tracking competitor launches, pricing strategies, and best practices in luxury jewelry
  • Research emerging trends in the high-end jewelry market, including collaborations, media partnerships, and experiential best practices
  • Support Product Managers with presentation development, Excel-based reporting, and strategic planning initiatives
  • Build collaborative relationships across Cartier North America and headquarters teams to drive cross-functional efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing, merchandising, or business analysis experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional projects and timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities and retro planning workflows
  • Knowledge of or previous experience in the high-end luxury industry preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
