Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy for the jewellery category across European markets to achieve revenue, margin and market-share targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop regional sales and wholesale teams, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews and ensuring consistent excellence in client service.
  • Own P&L accountability for the region: forecasting, budgeting, assortment cadence, pricing and margin optimisation.
  • Manage key wholesale and retail accounts, negotiate commercial agreements and oversee channel alignment between boutiques, e‑tail and partner retailers.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with product, marketing, visual merchandising and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely product launches and unified brand storytelling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer insights to inform assortment, promotional activity and long‑term category planning.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows; travel regularly across assigned markets to support sales operations and key relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of commercial leadership within the luxury jewellery or fine jewellery sector, preferably with regional remit across multiple European markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, deliver sales growth and translate market insight into actionable assortment and promotional strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing and motivating cross‑border sales teams.
