Role & Responsibilities
- Complete specialized training in Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry-making techniques and methodologies under the guidance of a dedicated trainer and Workshop Manager
- Master quality control criteria and learn polishing and setting techniques essential to haute joaillerie production
- Fabricate jewelry pieces according to defined manufacturing specifications and technical drawings
- Verify piece conformity against quality standards and specifications; perform precision finishing work
- Proactively identify manufacturing challenges and propose solutions to improve production methods
- Collaborate with fellow craftsmen to continuously refine techniques and share best practices within the workshop
- Participate in ongoing workshop improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence
