Richemont seeks a Jewelry Artisan for a permanent role in Paris, creating and restoring fine jewelry with traditional craftsmanship excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and craft high-quality jewelry pieces according to technical specifications and design briefs
- Execute detailed finishing work, including polishing, setting, and quality control
- Maintain and repair existing jewelry inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Preserve and apply traditional jewelry-making techniques within modern production frameworks
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in jewelry craftsmanship and fine jewelry production
- Mastery of hand tools and precision equipment specific to jewelry making
- In-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry materials
- Experience with both classical and contemporary jewelry production methods
- Portfolio demonstrating significant jewelry design and execution work
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in jewelry craftsmanship, design, or fine jewelry production, with demonstrated mastery of artisanal techniques and materials.
Education
Formal training in jewelry making, goldsmithing, or fine crafts (e.g., CAP Joaillerie, BMA in Jewelry Design, or equivalent artisanal qualification); additional formal training in gemology or specialized jewelry techniques is advantageous.
