Role & Responsibilities
- Master fundamental jewelry-making techniques including metalworking, stone setting, and finishing
- Participate in the production of fine jewelry pieces under guidance of senior artisans
- Develop proficiency in technical drawing and jewelry design principles
- Learn and apply quality control standards and atelier best practices
- Maintain workshop safety protocols and tool stewardship
- Contribute to assembly and finishing of completed pieces
