Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an experienced Jewelry Craftsperson in Paris to perform complex repairs and restoration of fine jewelry pieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose jewelry pieces received at the workshop and specify necessary interventions
- Execute complex jewelry repairs and restoration work in accordance with the Maison's quality standards
- Anticipate client needs beyond initial requests with a focus on piece longevity and sustainability
- Guarantee repair quality and adherence to communicated timelines
- Collaborate closely with fellow jewelry craftspeople, customer service coordinators, and technical specialists
- Propose improvements to practices and support collective skill development within the atelier
