Richemont seeks an experienced Jewelry After-Sales Technician in Paris to deliver premium repair and restoration services for fine jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive jewelry repair and restoration work, including cleaning, polishing, resizing, and component replacement
- Conduct detailed condition assessments of jewelry pieces and provide transparent service recommendations to customers
- Maintain meticulous workmanship standards aligned with luxury brand specifications and heritage craftsmanship
- Document all service work accurately and manage customer relationships throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with retail teams and boutique staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
