Richemont seeks a Jewellery Sales Associate for its Paris luxury boutique. Deliver expert guidance and exceptional client service in fine jewellery retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultative sales guidance to discerning clients seeking fine jewellery and timepieces
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service and follow-up
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and highlight the craftsmanship and heritage of jewellery collections
  • Process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with luxury retail standards
  • Maintain pristine presentation of jewellery displays and store environment

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven sales experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and sustain client loyalty
