Richemont seeks Jewellery Category Manager in Singapore to drive growth across SAM markets. 6–8 years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement yearly jewellery action plans for SAM markets, aligning with global, regional, and local business imperatives
- Manage quarterly sales projections in partnership with SAM Commercial teams to ensure robust forecasting and strategic alignment
- Animate and advocate for the category in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Merchandising functions
- Conduct key merchandising projects, including assortment reviews, in cooperation with Operations and Regional teams
- Develop communication tools and training initiatives to strengthen boutique expertise across novelties and key collections
- Lead 360-degree launch planning around new products in collaboration with all relevant departments
- Determine product forecasts, launch strategies, network allocation, and clustering based on merchandising guidelines and local specificities
- Collaborate with Communications and Client teams to maximize exposure for new launches
- Partner with Learning and Development to develop robust training plans ensuring high standards of product and brand knowledge
- Share performance visibility on In Range and Novelties with stakeholders to infuse a performance mindset across departments
- Present comprehensive monthly reports synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data on performance to facilitate strategic decisions
- Conduct in-depth market analysis encompassing competitive landscape monitoring, market share trends, and boutique feedback
- Serve as key point of contact for all Jewellery-related inquiries from boutiques and cross-functional teams
- Organize and facilitate regular business review meetings with boutique category owners to identify opportunities and address gaps
- Monitor competitive landscape, analyze market share trends, and gather client insights to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain marketing tools including Product News, Launch Plans, and Mapping Books for daily business needs
- Communicate all price updates to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or Category Management
- Experience within luxury or premium retail
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate analysis into corrective action plans
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with dashboards
- Proficiency in Looker (advantageous)
- Strategic thinking with capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience in project management across cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present with clarity and confidence
- Strong collaborative spirit with demonstrable passion for the category
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive mindset
