Role & Responsibilities
- Execute specialized polishing and surface finishing treatments on fine jewelry pieces to restore pristine condition and brilliance
- Support the goldsmithing team by managing polishing workload and handling restoration projects for internal operations
- Process customer after-sales repairs, adjustments, and restorations whilst adhering to stringent quality and brand guidelines
- Conduct meticulous quality control inspections of finished pieces to verify flawless aesthetics and durability
- Perform foundational goldsmithing work including soldering, stone setting, assembly, and sizing of jewelry components
- Manage precious metals, gemstones, and fine materials with expertise and care throughout all processes
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or formal training as a Goldsmith
- Several years of professional experience, ideally within after-sales service or the luxury sector
- Proven expertise in surface polishing and finishing of precious metals
- Demonstrable knowledge of rhodium plating processes and applications
- Exceptional manual dexterity, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong quality awareness with ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints
