Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute specialized polishing and surface finishing treatments on fine jewelry pieces to restore pristine condition and brilliance
  • Support the goldsmithing team by managing polishing workload and handling restoration projects for internal operations
  • Process customer after-sales repairs, adjustments, and restorations whilst adhering to stringent quality and brand guidelines
  • Conduct meticulous quality control inspections of finished pieces to verify flawless aesthetics and durability
  • Perform foundational goldsmithing work including soldering, stone setting, assembly, and sizing of jewelry components
