Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the fabrication of jewelry and high-jewelry pieces following established manufacturing methodologies and specifications
- Perform quality control verification to ensure pieces conform to technical requirements and design specifications
- Complete finishing work on jewelry pieces to achieve exacting standards
- Proactively identify and escalate manufacturing issues and participate in problem-solving initiatives to enhance atelier processes
- Collaborate with fellow artisans to refine techniques and continuously improve production methods
Qualifications
- First professional experience in a jewelry workshop or atelier
- Demonstrated sensitivity to Van Cleef & Arpels' jewelry and high-jewelry aesthetic and production values
- Strong attention to detail and exacting quality standards

Skills
Experience
