Richemont seeks an experienced Jeweler at Les Ateliers de Châteauneuf-sur-Isère in France to create fine jewelry using artisanal techniques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and fabricate jewelry components using hand tools and precision equipment
- Assemble jewelry pieces according to design specifications and quality standards
- Finish and polish jewelry to exacting standards
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with design and production teams to execute complex jewelry commissions
- Ensure compliance with all workshop safety and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in jewelry design and fabrication
- Mastery of traditional jewelry-making techniques
- Proficiency with jeweler's hand tools and specialized equipment
- Understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry materials
- Ability to read and interpret jewelry design specifications and technical drawings
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in jewelry manufacturing, artisanal jewelry creation, or equivalent craft apprenticeship in a fine jewelry workshop.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in jewelry making or equivalent professional qualification in jewelry craft. Advanced training in specialized jewelry techniques is preferred.
