Richemont is hiring an IT Support Technician in Munich. Provide desktop, OS and endpoint support for a leading luxury goods group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, and standard peripherals for local office users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues; escalate complex incidents to specialised teams when required.
- Manage user accounts, access rights and password resets using Active Directory and corporate identity systems.
- Install, configure and maintain productivity software, Microsoft 365 applications and mobile device management (MDM) profiles.
- Log and manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure.
- Participate in IT projects and rollouts (hardware refreshes, software deployments, AV and meeting‑room equipment).
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and support procurement and deployment of new equipment according to corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in IT, diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a corporate IT support role (helpdesk, desktop support or service desk).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration and Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills in a business environment.
- Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop, or equivalent).

Experience
Typically 1–3 years in an IT helpdesk, desktop support or service desk role supporting end users in a corporate environment; prior experience in a multi‑brand or international company is advantageous.
Education
IT vocational qualification, technical diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
