Richemont IT Support Co-op in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Hands-on internship in corporate IT operations with mentorship and exposure to enterprise tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for employees, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, network, and operating system issues
- Monitor and update IT support tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and clear user communication
- Configure, image, and set up laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refresh cycles according to company standards
- Perform routine network monitoring tasks for office and back-to-queue (BTQ) environments to ensure high uptime and early detection of infrastructure issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing and audiovisual systems in collaborative meeting spaces, including Click Share and Poly X50 platforms
- Enroll, configure, and manage corporate mobile devices through Workspace ONE and Apple/Android Device Enrollment Programs
- Design and create simplified cybersecurity awareness materials and best-practice guides tailored for the KSA market
- Assist in updating internal IT knowledge base articles and user documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an information technology, computer science, or related technical program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and IT hardware
- Familiarity with IT help desk processes and customer service best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple support tickets
Skills
Experience
Co-op or internship experience in IT support, help desk operations, or desktop support is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for all technical areas.
Education
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
