Richemont seeks an experienced IT Service Officer in Sydney to provide technical support and coordinate IT projects across Oceania boutiques and offices.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain strong customer focus and technical support services to local and remote staff for end-user devices and business applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC, mobile device, email, printer, server and network issues across the Oceania region
  • Work collaboratively with IT vendors for maintenance, technical service, and hardware/software procurement
  • Procure, configure and install IT equipment including computer hardware, peripherals, software and mobile devices
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory and coordinate hardware refreshment cycles
  • Formulate and maintain IT operational reports, procedures and policies
  • Assist project managers in coordinating local, regional and group IT projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate project meetings, manage external vendors for boutique projects (renovations, relocations, new openings) and prepare project documentation
  • Review opportunities to apply new technologies and solutions to address operational and business service challenges
  • Provide infrastructure and application training to users to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular service level reviews and continual service improvement
  • Enforce company IT policies and standards across the organization

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Helpdesk support with troubleshooting expertise in PC, mobile devices, email and application issues
  • Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure support including server, network and security
  • Proficiency in Windows environments including Office 365, SharePoint and Exchange
  • Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FTP and Proxy protocols
  • Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) system experience highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki networking solutions advantageous
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or RPA tools advantageous
  • Ability to travel domestically to boutique locations as required
  • Willingness to support occasional after-hours project work with time off in lieu

Experience

Proven background in IT support roles with hands-on experience in both Helpdesk and infrastructure support environments. Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting end-user devices, applications, and network infrastructure. Experience working within dynamic, multi-site retail or luxury sector environments preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent minimum; tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) advantageous.

This position is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from AUD 80,000 to AUD 85,000 per annum.
