Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated and manual testing protocols for software applications and digital platforms
- Execute comprehensive test cases and document findings with detailed defect reports
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify quality issues and recommend remediation strategies
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices across technology projects
- Monitor system performance and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases
Qualifications
