Richemont IT Proximity Team Leader position in Milan, Italy. Lead Field Services team across corporate and retail operations. €60K–€70K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Field Services and Support (FSS) proximity team across the geographic perimeter, recruiting, coaching, setting objectives, and conducting performance appraisals
- Organize team shifts to ensure adequate coverage across corporate sites in Milano and retail locations throughout Italy
- Participate in budget elaboration and quarterly financial reviews; prepare inputs on hardware and maintenance expenditure and propose necessary amendments
- Monitor and report on business service delivery and support metrics for the assigned area; detect and proactively communicate patterns and malfunctions
- Participate in project and activities roadmap definition and execution; capture proactively activities from relevant entities and Group IT
- Produce and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) while promoting best practices and operational excellence in accordance with Group IT and FSS standards
- Support business-driven project initiatives including new retail/manufacturing openings, closures, refurbishments, special events, and workplace evolution
- Maintain continuous relationships with the Local HR department and coordinate with Regional Peers and Group IT Support Teams in a complex international environment
Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Android, and Mobile iOS
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, particularly MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Basic knowledge of Device MDM solutions (Workspace1, Intune)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management tools; Saviynt experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of networking infrastructure (primarily Cisco) and voice solutions (primarily Teams PSTN)
- Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools for incident, problem, change, and asset management
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident, change, problem, and asset management; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Demonstrated people management experience with small teams (approximately 10 members)
- Project management certification (PMI, Prince) or Agile Methodology experience is advantageous
- Luxury retail sector experience is a plus
