Richemont IT Proximity Team Leader position in Milan. Lead technical support operations and manage IT teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT proximity (end-user support) team, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily IT support operations, ticket management, and resolution of technical issues
- Develop team competencies through mentoring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with central IT and other departments to align technical support services with business objectives
- Monitor service levels, KPIs, and team productivity metrics
- Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, and procurement processes for the Milan location
- Communicate escalations and strategic IT initiatives to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading IT support or technical teams
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and end-user support
- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and service delivery tools

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in IT support operations or technical team management roles, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a corporate or luxury retail environment.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
