Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑line desktop support for Windows and macOS users across corporate and retail teams, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
- Deploy, configure and maintain end‑user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers) using corporate imaging and device‑management procedures.
- Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration; onboard and offboard employees in accordance with security policies.
- Log, prioritise and escalate tickets through the ITSM platform; document resolutions and maintain knowledge‑base articles for common issues.
- Support remote and on‑premises users via VPN and remote‑access tools; collaborate with network, security and applications teams to resolve cross‑functional incidents.
- Participate in hardware refresh projects, device provisioning, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workplace IT experience.
Qualifications
- Proven troubleshooting abilities across Windows 10/11 and recent macOS releases.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management tools.
- Experience using an ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow) and following ITIL‑aligned incident and change processes.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users in a luxury business environment.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop, Apple ACSP or equivalent certifications preferred.

2–4 years of hands‑on desktop/end‑user support experience in a corporate IT environment; prior exposure to multi‑brand or retail operations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
