Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows and macOS endpoints—diagnose and resolve hardware, OS and application incidents for onsite and remote users.
  • Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Azure AD; provision devices and maintain user lifecycle tasks.
  • Deploy, image and patch endpoints using endpoint management tools (SCCM/Intune/MDT) and maintain configuration standards.
  • Operate the IT service management tool to log, escalate and close tickets; produce accurate technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.
  • Support collaboration and conferencing technologies (Microsoft Teams, Exchange) and assist with mobile device management and VPN connectivity.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records; coordinate hardware repairs and vendor escalations as required.
  • Collaborate with network, security and application teams to resolve cross‑functional incidents and implement improvements to the end‑user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience providing desktop/end‑user support in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, Exchange, Teams).
  • Hands‑on experience with endpoint management and imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, MDT or equivalent).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and macOS platforms and common productivity applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
