Richemont 2027 Winter Internship Program in Hong Kong — 12-week structured placement for university students across luxury commercial and corporate functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to assigned department projects and operational objectives under mentorship
- Engage in learning modules and training seminars designed to develop professional skills
- Participate in cross-functional networking events and maison visits to deepen understanding of the luxury ecosystem
- Support daily operational activities within the assigned function
- Document and reflect on learning outcomes throughout the 12-week placement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program in any discipline
- Lawfully employable and a resident of Hong Kong SAR
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous operational experience in client service, hospitality, or retail environments (advantageous)
