Richemont invites qualified interns to join Montblanc, a prestigious House specializing in high-end writing instruments, watches, and leather goods, for a seasonal immersion in luxury retail during the winter period (October/November through December, one to three months). The intern will serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming and assisting both local and international clientele whilst learning the nuances of luxury sales ceremony, supporting store operations, mastering boutique procedures, and executing visual merchandising initiatives based on aptitude and profile.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany local and international clientele with elevated service standards
- Learn and apply the luxury sales ceremony and consultative selling approach
- Provide operational support to boutique sales associates
- Master and execute boutique procedures and protocols
- Execute visual merchandising tasks as appropriate to profile and capability
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid internship convention (convention de stage)
- Enthusiasm for the luxury sector and Montblanc brand heritage
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
