Role & Responsibilities

• Manage VIP concierge service requests in coordination with project leads
• Coordinate communications between internal teams and external vendors for event execution
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and guidelines for various stakeholder audiences
• Attend site surveys and pre-event logistics meetings
• Provide on-site coordination support and vendor briefing during events
• Draft meeting minutes and post-event reports
• Support vendor coordination and client liaison throughout the internship

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in business school, IAE, or hospitality management program seeking final internship
• Fluent English (spoken and written); 90% of communications conducted in English
• Fluent French (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Discretion and professional confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in luxury or hospitality sectors is appreciated; demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively in teams, and manage reactive situations in fast-paced environments.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE program, or hospitality management program.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,300 per month.
