Cartier Paris internship: VIP Experience Project Assistant—6 months, €1,300/month, January 2027. Luxury events, gifting strategy, international coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis on cross-functional VIP projects including events, experiences, gifts, transport, and hospitality—compiling findings and formulating strategic recommendations
  • Deploy boutique experiences across markets, manage local celebrations, and coordinate in-store hospitality initiatives
  • Develop gifting guidelines and process frameworks prior to events; source inspiration and produce creative briefs for gift development
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, creative studio) to propose and refine gift concepts
  • Present gift concepts for validation and support the development process from conception to execution
  • Coordinate welcome pack logistics during events: briefing, procurement, operational management with agencies, and market reporting
  • Analyze gifted items from local teams post-event, manage gift photography shoots, and compile feedback for post-event debriefs
  • Support the organization and documentation of all VIP experiences, ensuring seamless cross-functional communication

Qualifications

  • Student in business school, IAE, or hospitality school seeking final-year internship
  • Proficiency in English at a professional/written level—90% of communications conducted in English
  • Fluent French (spoken and written required)
  • Advanced proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational rigor and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage high-stress situations
  • Demonstrated capacity for collaborative teamwork
  • Knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)
