Richemont Paris: International Fine Watchmaking Manager (Manager level). Lead global strategy and operations for luxury horology brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international strategy for fine watchmaking brands within the Richemont portfolio
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, design, retail, and distribution to ensure cohesive brand positioning in luxury watch markets
  • Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences in fine watchmaking
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and boutique partners across international markets
  • Oversee product launches, limited editions, and brand initiatives aligned with luxury market positioning
  • Report on performance metrics, market share, and profitability across watchmaking divisions

Qualifications
