Richemont Paris: International Fine Watchmaking Manager (Manager level). Lead global strategy and operations for luxury horology brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international strategy for fine watchmaking brands within the Richemont portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, design, retail, and distribution to ensure cohesive brand positioning in luxury watch markets
- Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences in fine watchmaking
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and boutique partners across international markets
- Oversee product launches, limited editions, and brand initiatives aligned with luxury market positioning
- Report on performance metrics, market share, and profitability across watchmaking divisions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record in international business management within the luxury sector
- Deep understanding of the watchmaking industry, including manufacturing processes, craftsmanship heritage, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional, multinational teams
