Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly financial performance across multiple markets, analyzing variances versus plan and enhancing forecast reliability
• Partner with diverse stakeholders at market and central level to understand A&P consumption and define corrective action plans
• Contribute to coordination of annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly forecasts in alignment with Cartier HQ and Group Finance guidelines
• Deliver ad-hoc global analyses to support strategic decisions, including celebrity contracts, campaign ROI, and high jewelry events cost analysis
• Provide insightful financial guidance to optimize resource allocation across the Maison
• Act as key point of contact for markets and headquarters on tax-related topics linked to A&P activities
• Support development and enhancement of financial tools, including Power BI to Looker migration and new A&P controlling platform rollout
• Collaborate with Marketing Client & Communication Strategic Planning team on budgeting tool definition
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of global A&P data across tools, maintaining robust classification standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a multicultural and matrix organization
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across full P&L and balance sheet
• Solid understanding of Management Accounting and IFRS standards
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP BI or equivalent reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of finance experience within a multicultural and matrix organization, with proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across full P&L and balance sheet. Demonstrated ability to analyze variances, anticipate business challenges, and propose effective solutions.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
