Cartier seeks an Early Careers & Programs Senior Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead global talent acquisition strategy for entry-level and graduate talent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, objectives, and strategic direction for early careers programs aligned with long-term talent and business needs, ensuring local market realities and global consistency
  • Develop and implement high-impact early careers programs with robust recruitment and selection criteria for interns, graduates, and apprentices, balancing on-the-job learning, mentoring, and structured professional development
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline, and social channels specifically tailored for early careers talent recruitment
  • Design fair and inclusive selection processes focused on candidate potential, values alignment, and capability assessment
  • Optimize talent acquisition and recruitment processes through advanced digital solutions, managing platforms such as Medallia, iCIMS, and Criteria to meet organizational requirements
  • Create end-to-end candidate experience strategies that are respectful, transparent, and reflective of company values, including mentorship, buddy systems, and peer networks
  • Partner with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and development of early careers talent
  • Evaluate program effectiveness on an ongoing basis, develop metrics for tracking short and long-term success, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and Academic Relations teams to enhance internal and external promotion of early careers programs and attract top emerging talent
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on early careers talent trends, market insights, and workforce planning across diverse stakeholders and geographies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, early careers management, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
