Richemont seeks an International Early Careers & Programs Senior Manager in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead global talent initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global early careers strategy aligned with Richemont's talent acquisition roadmap
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of graduate and early-career talent programmes across all regions
- Partner with business units and Human Resources leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted talent initiatives
- Manage recruitment timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for campus and early careers campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with leading educational institutions and university partners worldwide
- Monitor programme effectiveness through KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
- Champion employer branding and Richemont's positioning as an employer of choice in luxury
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or graduate recruitment management
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale international talent programmes at a senior level
- Strong knowledge of luxury or consumer goods industry recruitment practices
- Proven ability to partner effectively across geographies and business functions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in talent acquisition, human resources, or graduate recruitment programmes, with at least 5 years in a senior or management capacity overseeing multi-regional or global initiatives. Proven track record of designing and scaling recruitment programmes for large organisations, particularly within the luxury, premium consumer, or high-end retail sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA or advanced HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
