FHH in Geneva seeks an International Development Junior Manager for FHH Academy to drive global partnerships and programme expansion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international partnership strategies to expand FHH Academy’s reach and programme offering across target markets.
- Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with luxury maisons, industry associations, museums, educational institutions and corporate partners.
- Coordinate cross‑border projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget control and alignment with brand and educational objectives.
- Support the design and localisation of training content, workshops and events for international audiences in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, partnership contracts and briefing materials for senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in key regions to inform expansion priorities and partnership models.
- Represent FHH at industry events, trade fairs and meetings, and support the organisation of international programmes and exhibitions.
- Track and report KPIs for partnerships and programmes; maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems.
Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in business, communications, cultural management, international relations or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert institutional relationships into strategic partnerships.
- Proven capability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects across borders, with rigorous attention to timelines and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills suited to senior interlocutors.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and collaborating with creative, academic and commercial partners.

Experience
Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience in international development, partnerships, business development or programme coordination, preferably within cultural institutions, education, or the luxury goods ecosystem.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field preferred.
