Richemont seeks an International Data & Analytics Manager in Paris to lead analytics strategy and teams across creative maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of data analytics strategies across international MCC divisions
- Oversee analytics teams and manage day-to-day operations of data platforms and tools
- Partner with business units to identify key performance indicators and develop dashboards for monitoring business health
- Extract, analyze, and present complex data sets to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all analytics functions
- Drive innovation in analytics methodologies and recommend adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, R)
- Proven track record leading analytics teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of luxury retail, hospitality, or consumer goods sectors preferred
- Fluency in English; additional European languages an advantage

Education
