Richemont seeks an International Customer Service Watchmaker (Fixed-Term) in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva. Technical expertise and multilingual support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support to international clients regarding watch servicing and repairs
  • Diagnose and communicate watchmaking technical issues to clients in multiple languages
  • Coordinate watch repair timelines and status updates with service centers and clients
  • Document and track international customer service cases and resolutions
  • Liaise between clients and internal technical teams to ensure service quality standards
  • Address complex horological inquiries with precision and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Certified watchmaker or equivalent horological credentials
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing service roles within the watch or luxury industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and automatic watch movements
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-specialist audiences
