Richemont seeks an International Customer Service Watchmaker (Fixed-Term) in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva. Technical expertise and multilingual support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support to international clients regarding watch servicing and repairs
- Diagnose and communicate watchmaking technical issues to clients in multiple languages
- Coordinate watch repair timelines and status updates with service centers and clients
- Document and track international customer service cases and resolutions
- Liaise between clients and internal technical teams to ensure service quality standards
- Address complex horological inquiries with precision and professionalism
Qualifications
- Certified watchmaker or equivalent horological credentials
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing service roles within the watch or luxury industry
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and automatic watch movements
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-specialist audiences
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in watchmaking, watch servicing, or luxury customer service roles, with proven expertise in handling international client communications.
Education
