Richemont seeks Tech Team Lead - SAP Logistics in Meyrin, Switzerland. Lead SAP integration and warehouse management projects with team oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of internal and external consultants working on SAP logistics and integration projects
- Elicit, analyse, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for integrating internal warehouse activities with ERP LE and EWM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee requirements definition, solution design, and development lifecycle, providing technical guidance to development teams, architects, and external partners
- Leverage extensive SAP logistics expertise to design and optimize processes, configurations, and data flows related to warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping
- Design and implement robust integration solutions using micro-services, APIs, and other modern integration technologies between internal systems and third-party logistics platforms
- Lead debugging and troubleshooting efforts within SAP environments to identify, analyse, and resolve complex integration issues with minimal operational disruption
- Define test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality and reliability of integrated solutions before deployment
- Monitor integrated solution performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization
- Serve as key liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party partners, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles and product sprints
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, tracking expenditures against constraints
- Identify knowledge at-risk, propose mitigation solutions, and provide full transparency to management on project status and alerts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on multiple SAP projects within the logistics domain (SAP WM, EWM, SD, MM, LE)
- Proven team management experience in challenging environments
- Strong debugging skills within SAP environments (ABAP debugging, transaction analysis)
- Practical experience with IDocs and queue technologies
- Demonstrated experience integrating SAP systems with external platforms and digital tools
- Knowledge of EWM outbound, inbound, and related process flows
- SAP EWM Certification (preferred)

Team management experience in a challenging environment is required. Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. SAP EWM Certification is preferred.
