Richemont seeks an Internal Control Manager in Milan to lead internal audit and risk management initiatives across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal control frameworks aligned with corporate governance standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational and financial controls across assigned business units
  • Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare audit reports and control recommendations for senior management and the audit committee
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to identify and remediate control gaps
  • Maintain documentation of control procedures and audit findings for regulatory purposes

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
  • Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
