Richemont seeks an Internal Control Manager in Milan to lead internal audit and risk management initiatives across the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal control frameworks aligned with corporate governance standards
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational and financial controls across assigned business units
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare audit reports and control recommendations for senior management and the audit committee
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to identify and remediate control gaps
- Maintain documentation of control procedures and audit findings for regulatory purposes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or internal controls
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance

5–7 years of professional experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk management, or a closely related compliance function, preferably within luxury goods, retail, or multinational corporate environments.
Education
Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CIGA strongly preferred.
