Role & Responsibilities
- Review, maintain, and test controls and risks matrices, issuing reporting aligned with Group expectations
- Review system access rights and segregation of duties, implementing mitigations where required
- Prepare and supervise annual stock counts for warehouses and wholesaler inventory
- Support ad-hoc compliance initiatives to strengthen the local and Europe internal control community
- Document processes, procedures, and user guides to harmonize control practices across markets
- Develop automation and reporting solutions to enhance control design and process efficiency
- Maintain and animate the Europe Internal Control SharePoint as the primary communication platform
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including audit teams, Brands' management, and Group functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in progress or recent graduation from a Business or Engineering School
- Demonstrated proficiency with data manipulation tools including Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and VBA
- Understanding of master data management impacts on operational processes
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong accuracy and observation skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present a coherent big picture
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with effective prioritization abilities

Recently graduated or in the final stages of Master's degree studies, with strong willingness to pursue a career in internal control and compliance.
Education
Master's degree in progress or recently completed from a Business School or Engineering School.
