Richemont seeks an Internal Communications Manager in Seoul to strengthen employee belonging and culture, connect leadership with office and boutique teams, and deliver HR initiatives. The role manages internal channels, leadership communications, corporate events, and cross-functional projects; it is listed as full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the REACH group intranet and Viva Engage internal social platform to encourage bottom-up communication, peer recognition, and open dialogue.
  • Keep local REACH pages up to date and aligned with regional and global standards.
  • Manage email communication practices, reserving email for business-critical or action-oriented information to help prevent digital communication fatigue.
  • Consolidate routine, HR, and functional updates into a structured newsletter format.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, including REACH and Viva Engage active-user rates, to improve employee reach and interaction.
  • Coordinate leadership communication touchpoints, including town halls, leadership gatherings, and face-to-face sessions, to foster transparency.
  • Draft and coordinate localized seasonal messages for cultural milestones such as Lunar New Year and Chuseok, as well as other corporate milestones, incorporating group values.
  • Develop leadership communication materials, including letters, memos, video interviews, and standard briefs, to recognize local impact and connect executive strategy with employees.
  • Communicate HR initiatives in an accessible, employee-centered, and visually engaging way.
  • Communicate the purpose and value of HR policies to strengthen employee awareness, satisfaction, and adoption.
  • Promote solidarity, equity, and collegiality across the organization, reduce corporate silos, and build collaborative relationships.
  • Align local communication calendars with APAC regional internal communications to ensure local relevance, appropriate timing, and integration with business priorities.
  • Partner with HR and business functions to communicate and deliver corporate events, Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and staff sales.
  • Act as the central contact for HR initiatives, managing project timelines, risk mitigation, and cross-functional feedback loops.
  • Bring structure, order, and clear frameworks to complex or ambiguous project environments.
  • Create employee communications that translate strategic concepts into engaging, human-centered narratives for diverse employee groups.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events such as town halls.
  • Interpret communication metrics and convert engagement data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Create rich content using basic design skills and video editing capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively across business levels, listen to colleagues, and care for the wider team.
  • Respect heritage and diverse viewpoints, and prioritize team success and client experience over personal interests.
  • Challenge the status quo when it supports long-term excellence, continue learning, and proactively identify communication gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written Korean and English; fluent English is mandatory for frequent regional and global collaboration.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting capabilities, including the ability to translate strategic and abstract concepts into engaging, humanized narratives for diverse employee groups.
  • Proficiency with modern intranet and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint-based REACH, MS Teams, and Viva Engage, as well as email tools.
  • Excellent project management and event coordination skills for planning and executing large-scale events such as town halls.
  • Ability to interpret communication metrics and translate engagement data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Basic design skills, such as Canva or Photoshop, and video editing capabilities are highly preferred.
  • A strong belief in collective knowledge, with the ability to work harmoniously, listen to others, and care for colleagues across all levels.

Experience
