Richemont in Turin seeks an Internal Communications & Corporate Management Intern to support employee communications, intranet content and internal events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communications campaigns across the organisation, including newsletters, intranet content and executive messages.
- Draft, edit and localise employee-facing communications in English and Italian; prepare presentations and briefing notes for leadership.
- Coordinate internal events, town halls and employee engagement initiatives, managing logistics and stakeholder invitations.
- Maintain and update intranet pages and content management systems; ensure consistency of corporate tone and branding across channels.
- Collect and analyse engagement metrics; prepare simple reports and recommendations to improve internal reach and impact.
- Liaise with HR, corporate affairs and local teams to align messages and gather content from diverse business units.
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate communications team and assist on ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills in English; high proficiency in Italian preferred.
- Strong organisational capabilities with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling internal and executive-level communications.
- Interest in luxury goods, corporate governance and employee engagement strategies.

Internship-level role intended for a current student or recent graduate; prior internship or volunteer experience in communications, PR, HR or a corporate environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
University level education in progress or recently completed (Communications, Business, Public Relations or equivalent).
